This privacy policy explains how OMS Studio ("we", "us") handles information in our mobile game Shark Wave (the "App"). In short: the App does not collect, store, or share any personal information.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal or sensitive user data. The App does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and does not request device permissions to access them.

Your game progress and settings are saved only on your device. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is deleted when you uninstall the App.

Advertising, analytics and third parties

The App contains no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and no third-party SDKs that collect data. We do not sell, share or transfer any user data to third parties, because we do not have any.

The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information when you download or use apps from its store (for example, install statistics and crash reports), as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We only see this information in aggregated, anonymous form.

Children's privacy

The App is suitable for players of all ages, including children under 13. Because the App does not collect any personal information from anyone, it does not collect personal information from children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the GDPR and Google Play's Families Policy.

Data security and deletion

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to secure, disclose or delete. You can remove all locally saved game data at any time by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the App changes how data is handled, we will update this page and the effective date above before that version is released.
